My husband grilled the polenta and sausage.
For the grilled polenta he followed the preparation directions on the box, placed it in a greased loaf pan, let it cool and then placed it in the refrigerator. Once the polenta loaf was chilled he cut them into 1/2 inch slices and coated them with olive oil. He lightly browned them (about 2 minutes on each side).
Put the tomato salsa on top of the grilled polenta and sausage and serve. You're gonna love it!
